DESIGN AND CUT YOUR OWN. WE'LL MAKE IT LOOK GOOD.
Already cut and route your own pickguards? We'll print your design directly onto an uncut sheet of pickguard material, leaving you free to cut, route and drill it for your guitar, custom build or whatever else you have in mind.
Bring your own print-ready artwork, choose an existing DaherMade design, or browse the huge design library from our sister company for inspiration.
Great for: custom builds, CNC-cut guards, unusual shapes, matching trim and cavity covers, or getting several smaller pieces from one sheet.
Standard size: ~11 × 17 in.

The base price includes a flat printed finish using print-ready artwork or an existing design. If your artwork requires significant editing or original design work, we'll confirm any additional cost before we begin.
PLEASE NOTE
This product is supplied as a finished, uncut sheet. Cutting, routing, drilling, sanding or beveling may affect the printed surface, particularly along newly cut edges.
DaherMade cannot replace or refund sheets damaged during customer fabrication. If your sheet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before cutting or modifying it and we'll make it right.

Upload up to three reference images — artwork, inspiration, your guitar, your current pickguard, fabric, sketches, or anything else you'd like us to work from.
Don't have everything figured out? That's completely fine. We'll review your selections and references with you before production begins.
Why DaherMade?
Made different. On purpose.
A pickguard doesn't have to be a flat piece of printed plastic. We kept asking what else it could be.
Professionally made
Each piece is carefully designed and printed directly onto the pickguard, then sealed beneath a protective varnish layer—no vinyl skin, no sticker, no peeling.
Made for your guitar
Every pickguard is made to order for the selected guitar shape, so it belongs on the instrument from the first look.
BUILT AROUND THE DETAILS
The curves, pickups, controls and screw holes are part of the picture. A pickguard should feel considered, not added afterward.
