Tactile Tweed Pickguard

It looks like tweed. It feels like tweed. It isn't tweed.

Inspired by a real fabric-wrapped pickguard I made more than 15 years ago (photo included), this version recreates the look and physical texture of classic tweed directly on the pickguard itself.

The individual weave is built into the surface, creating real raised texture you can see and feel without wrapping the guard in fabric.
