Need a full sheet of pickguard material, but don't have finished artwork ready to print? Give us the idea and we'll take it from there.

Tell us what you're building and what you have in mind — a theme, colour palette, photograph, rough sketch, favourite album, strange obsession, or something you can't quite put into words yet.

We'll create original artwork for your project, then print it directly onto an uncut 11 × 17 in. sheet of pickguard material.

Because you're cutting the final pieces yourself, we can design around more than a traditional pickguard. Use the sheet for an unusual guitar shape, matching cavity covers, control plates, trim pieces, or several smaller parts from the same design.

Want to push it further? Depending on the artwork, we can incorporate physical texture, fluorescent details that come alive under black light, or both.

You'll see the design before anything is printed, and we'll work through the details with you until it's ready to make real.

This product is supplied as a finished, uncut sheet. Cutting, routing, drilling, sanding, beveling and final fitment are completed by you.

Because this option includes original design work by DaherMade, pricing is higher than our standard Custom Printed Pickguard Blank for customer-supplied, print-ready artwork.

CUSTOM CUTTING & FABRICATION

Cutting, routing, drilling, sanding, beveling or otherwise modifying the sheet may affect the printed or finished surface, particularly along newly cut edges.

DaherMade cannot replace or refund sheets damaged during customer cutting, routing, drilling or other fabrication. If your sheet arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before cutting or modifying it and we'll make it right.
